VIP33 Terms & Conditions – Platform Terms of Use for Malaysia

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and VIP33 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the VIP33 platform, you expressly agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document, along with all related policies published on the VIP33 platform from time to time.

These terms apply to all VIP33 platform users regardless of their location within Malaysia — whether in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Kuching, Kota Kinabalu, or anywhere else. Continued use of the VIP33 platform after any amendments to these Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to those changes.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with registration or use of the VIP33 platform. Disagreement with any part of these Terms entitles you to close your account and request a withdrawal of any eligible balance in accordance with the established procedures.

2. Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the VIP33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times while your account is active:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. VIP33 takes this responsibility very seriously and reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list under any recognised responsible gambling program.
• Holding an active and valid Malaysian phone number for verification purposes.
• Not act on behalf of any third party, company or organisation without written authorisation from VIP33.
• Not be in a jurisdiction where the use of the VIP33 platform is illegal or prohibited under local law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

VIP33 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any member at any time and may suspend or close accounts found not to meet the eligibility requirements above without prior notice.

3. Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the VIP33 platform. Holding more than one account is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all accumulated funds and bonuses.

Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Required information may include your full name, date of birth, identification card number, Malaysian phone number, email address, and current residential address. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your VIP33 account password and login details confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account – whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access to your account.
• Notify VIP33 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly contact details and payment methods.

VIP33 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the VIP33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The deposit methods accepted by VIP33 are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (QR and account transfer)
• GrabPay
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• FPX – Internet banking via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks

The minimum deposit into a VIP33 account is RM20 per transaction. All deposits are processed instantly once payment confirmation is received from the payment provider. VIP33 does not charge any fees on deposits – however, some eWallet providers may apply their own fees, which are beyond VIP33's control.

For withdrawal requests, the following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.
• Your first withdrawal requires full identity verification (KYC), including verification of your ID number and proof of payment method.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless VIP33's specific approval has been obtained.
• Funds derived from bonuses must fulfil the specified rollover requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• VIP33 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing any withdrawal if deemed necessary for verification purposes.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

VIP33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. Where there is any conflict between the specific terms of a bonus and these general terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

General principles that apply to all VIP33 bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per one time only unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members registering for the first time – accounts belonging to individuals who have previously been VIP33 members are not eligible.
• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are eligible for withdrawal. The specific rollover value is stated in the terms of each individual bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value unless the rollover requirements have been fully met.
• VIP33 reserves the right to withdraw or void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a breach of terms.
• Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses after bets are settled and is automatically credited every Monday.

The VIP33 VIP Programme offers exclusive benefits to active members based on their activity level. These benefits include higher betting limits, better odds on selected matches, and dedicated personal support. VIP33 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP Programme at any time with reasonable notice given to affected members.

6. Sports Betting – Rules & Settlement

This section covers all Sports Betting on the VIP33 platform, including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, IPL cricket, badminton, e-sports, basketball, tennis, and all other available sports.

VIP33 general Sports Betting rules:

• All bets are considered valid once confirmed by the VIP33 system and a bet reference number has been issued.
• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except under circumstances specified by VIP33 such as a significant error in the odds.
• Odds displayed are in decimal format and represent the total payout including the original stake.
• For matches that are postponed and resumed within 48 hours, bets remain valid. Matches that are fully cancelled will result in bet cancellation and a full refund.
• For cricket matches interrupted by rain and completed using the DLS method, match winner bets will be settled based on the DLS result, provided the minimum number of overs specified has been played.
• In-play betting (during a live match) is subject to acceptance time limits. Bets accepted during a market suspension period (for example, when a goal is scored) may be voided.
• In the event of a disputed result or a material error in an announced outcome, VIP33 reserves the right to suspend bet settlement until the final result is confirmed by the relevant sporting authority.

7. Casino Games & Slots

All casino games on the VIP33 platform – including slots, live casino, and digital table games such as baccarat and blackjack – use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system whose fairness has been verified by recognised game providers. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated.

Specific conditions for casino games at VIP33:

• Casino game winnings are credited to your account instantly upon completion of each round or hand.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, VIP33 will refer to server records to determine the actual state of the game and resolve the situation fairly.
• Bets placed using bonus funds in casino games are subject to the rollover requirements associated with that bonus.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the VIP33 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Owning or operating more than one VIP33 account at the same time.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Sharing or transferring funds between different VIP33 accounts (chip dumping).
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system errors on VIP33 for personal gain – any bugs discovered must be reported to the support team immediately.
• Using a credit or debit card that does not belong to you to make a deposit.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or assisting any other party in doing so using the VIP33 platform.
• Betting on both sides of the same match using different accounts, or colluding with other players to guarantee a win.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for the purpose of bypassing geographical restrictions.

VIP33 uses an advanced fraud detection system and continuously monitors account activity. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and VIP33 reserves the right to take appropriate action without prior notice.

9. Suspension, Closure & Self-Exclusion

VIP33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or suspected fraud detected by the VIP33 system.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive (no logins or transactions) for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the VIP33 platform for responsible gambling reasons may contact our support team to activate the self-exclusion programme. Self-exclusion can be set for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or as a permanent exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, players will not be permitted to log in or place any bets on VIP33.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the VIP33 support team. Any eligible balance will be returned once all withdrawal conditions have been met and the identity verification process has been completed.

• Betting decisions made based on statistical information or analysis provided on the platform – such information is for reference purposes only and does not constitute betting advice.

In all circumstances, VIP33's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
